Tournament Disc Idea?

Time to start looking into creating a killer tournament disc for next years event.

Here is Ken G.'s idea. I love it! Hope we can make it work with a disc company.

Coming Soon - Bag Tag Bonanza!

Just a heads up that the end of the league year is coming soon and we will once again put on a Bag Tag Bonanza. The date is scheduled for Sunday - November 4th.

Since this year was so successful we are going to buy lunch (pizza) for all players! I am going to ask Tara to make a dessert too. Feel free to make something and bring it along to share as well. If all goes well, we might even be providing a small player pack to all players.

We will be playing 2 rounds and both rounds will be added to the season standings. We will do the usual $5.00 entry and pay out for CTPs, Aces and the top 3 for the day.

End of the season payouts will also be awarded at the end of the day.

This was a really great year, please come and celebrate with us!

Help with new Devens artwork

We have received some draft submissions for some new Devens artwork. I'd like to get several ideas so that we can make some really cool tags next year and hopefully make some sweet tournament disc for next years spring tournament. Maybe even make some nice gear for the the Devens Team.

Here are some great submissions, please keep them coming:

Welcome to the new Devens blog!

Welcome! There is a lot happening at Devens lately and lots of people have commented about how they miss the old Devens blog so here it is! I think this will be a great way to communicate upcoming events such as tournaments, league info, workdays, etc.

Look for a new Facebook page and maybe even a Twitter feed too in the coming months.

Hopefully this will live up the high standard that John set with the old Devens blog, which by the way is still available as a historical piece via a link on the right side of the page.
